Fathi Raed Naif Al-Salem joined Al Rugaib Holdings in June 2021 as Director, Government & Parliamentary Affairs where he is responsible for managing all parliamentary affairs relating to Al Rugaib Holdings and its portfolio companies in terms of representation, support and coordination.

In addition, Fahad also oversees liaison with government and public entities and in supporting Al Rugaib Holdings and its portfolio companies in their public positioning efforts.

Prior to Al Rugaib Holdings, Fahad served as Legal Affairs Manager at Tamkeen, representing the organisation at parliament and governmental entities. He is also well versed in drafting legal instruments, internal policies, regulations and resolutions, and in investigating and reporting cases of fraud to judicial authorities.

Fahad holds a Masters degree in Commercial Law from the Applied Science University (ASU), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
